Returns and exchanges
It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with an item you may exchange it within 14 calendar days of receipt. You must cover the cost of return shipping; Make Designed Objects Pty Ltd will cover the cost of shipping the new item.
The returned product or products must be in new, unused, unmarked and pristine condition with all original packaging in unmarked condition. Before returning the item please notify Make Designed Objects Pty Ltd by phone or email that you wish to return the item and advise us as to your new selection should you wish to replace the item.
Items returned for a refund will be refunded at the price at which they were purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Make Designed Objects Pty Ltd will not accept the return of any item not in new, unused, unmarked and pristine condition. If you consider an item flawed or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss its return.
Special Orders
Special orders for items not usually available from Make Designed Objects must be paid for in full in advance and are not refundable and not exchangeable.
Availability of products
At this time purchasing from makedesignedobjects.com is only available within Australia and New Zealand. Whilst we endeavour to only show products on makedesignedobjects.com that are currently in stock it may occur that there are occasions where a purchased product is temporarily unavailable. In the event of such an occurrence you will be contacted by a representative of Make Designed Objects Pty Ltd to discuss the estimated date of availability and whether you wish to maintain your order or otherwise.

Delivery
Make Designed Objects Pty Ltd endeavours to deliver all goods within 7 days after payment has been received. All goods are, where possible, but not limited to, delivered by Australia Post Express Post or Australia Post Registered Post. All prices as listed on this web site are inclusive of GST. The cost of delivery is a flat rate of AUS$14.95 including GST whether for one or more items.
Make Designed Objects Pty Ltd will not guarantee delivery by a definite date as we are subject to the standard delivery times as set out by Australia Post.
Title, Payment and Risk
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from Make Designed Objects Pty Ltd to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
International Orders
At this time we are not offering delivery outside Australia.
