Rivsalt Taste

Rivsalt (grated salt) is a gastronomic experience and a new way of adding salt to food.

Whilst dining at a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, Jens Sandringer realised that the process of adding salt could do with an injection of theatre.

The various rock salt refills allow you to change your salt’s colour and flavour without the need for multiple mills.

Taste includes:
Kala Namak Salt from India – a shimmering black rock salt ideal for spicing Indian and asian dishes.
Halit Salt from Pakistan – a crystal clear cubic rock salt suitable for everyday dishes.
Rose Salt from Bolivia – a mildsweet taste suitable for meat and vegetable dishes.
Alpine Rock Salt from Austria – a visually striking red-brown rock salt ideal for red meat dishes.
