Rivsalt (grated salt) is a gastronomic experience and a new way of adding salt to food.
Whilst dining at a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, Jens Sandringer realised that the process of adding salt could do with an injection of theatre.
The various rock salt refills (available separately) allow you to change your salt’s colour and flavour without the need for multiple mills.
