This Swiss designed kitchen appliance works via a pull crank system which operates two sharp stainless steel cutting blades. To use, simply place your food into the container, place the driving unit on top and then pull the orange handle outward until the desired fineness is achieved. The base of the unit is equipped with non-slip silicone and can be placed in the dishwasher.
Recommended pulls include six pulls for a thick to medium cut, 12 pulls for a medium to fine cut and 20 pulls for a fine cut.
