Moha Ginger Grater

Moha’s domed grater has a built in scraper fin on its underside, so any leftover grated ginger is, with a simple twist, released and collected on the plate below. Its super sharp stainless steel blades are great for ginger and garlic, but can also citrus zest, horseradish and nutmeg.
