Flisk is a whisk that folds!
An ingeniously little contraption that, with a twist of the handle, transforms from a large balloon whisk for whipping, to a sauce whisk for shallow liquids and gravy, and finally to a flat whisk for deglazing.
Flisk’s twist mechanism also allows you to easily uncoat and scrape clean the wires of stiff cream or thick sauce.
Store completely flat to save space and avoid jammed kitchen drawers.
