While eating a dish of squid and squeezing a lemon over it, Starck drew on the napkin his famous lemon squeezer.”

Philippe Starck’s aluminium Juicy Salif Citrus Squeezer was designed in 1990 and has become one of the most recognisable of Alessi’s hundreds of products and perhaps the only one to channel the design aesthetic of H.G. Wells’ War of the Worlds.
To use simply place your glass under the juicer and squeeze away!
