Self-trained Danish designer Ole Palsby (1935-2010)
began his career after becoming dissatisfied with the products he was stocking in his household goods shop. Working for over 35 years, his focus on everyday kitchenware has
produced several iconic designs such as the original Eva Trio saucepans and the
Alfi thermos. Along with other designers like Poul Henningsen and Poul
Kjaerholm, Palsby helped make Denmark world-famous for functional, yet
timeless, design.
