Danish felter Nanny Glerup made her first pair of boots in 1993 using wool from her Gotland sheep. Nanny’s hobby soon became a small scale production. Two pairs a day! That was the beginning of Glerups the company. Nanny and her husband Ove worked hard over the years to improve Glerups.
