Fink & Co was established in 1993 to manufacture contemporary and innovative objects, the first of which was the iconic Fink water jug. The move to small run manufacturing was a progression from his highly distinctive and acclaimed exhibition work. With over 30 years experience in the arts and design fields Foster’s work may be found in the collections of most of Australia’s major arts institutions along with international institutions such as the British Museum and MoMA. 

Make’s relationship with Fink & Co is a particularly close one and has grown over the years to include consultation on product development and customisation of products. This close relationship also led to the development of Virga, our instore data and light sculpture, a collaboration between Make, Fink & Co and Geoff Hinchcliffe of the University of Canberra.
